Pafilia signed a €77 million construction contract with J&P and ACC on November 30, 2016, marking a significant milestone for the company, Limassol and the island as a whole. At 37 storeys, the monumental height of ONE will redefine the Limassol skyline and become a beacon of progress visible from anywhere in the city.
The contract signing took place at Pafilia’ s impressive new office on the Limassol seafront. J&P and ACC are the latest companies to join the high-profile team.
