The Limassol Chamber Industrial Museum "Kyriakos Hamboullas", operated by the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), has been significantly enhanced with the addition of important new exhibits, following the generous donation of machinery by Mr. Charalambos Pattihis. These additions substantially enrich the museum's collection and further highlight the evolution of Limassol's industrial activity, while honoring the city’s strong entrepreneurial heritage.
The Kyriakos Hamboullas Industrial Museum, located on the ground floor of the Chamber's building, was established to showcase the economic and industrial journey of Limassol. It was inaugurated in 2017 by the then President of the Republic of Cyprus and remains an open space for all those interested in discovering the city’s industrial past.
The exhibits, which consist of authentic machinery and equipment dating back to the 1950s and beyond, have been donated by companies and organizations. They are accompanied by rich photographic material and interactive information provided through digital displays. The addition of the newly donated machinery contributes meaningfully to preserving the industrial memory and advancing the educational mission of the museum.
