The graduation of the Public Higher Vocational Education and Training-MIEEK of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth at the Conference Center was welcomed by the Minister of Education, Sports and Youth, Mrs. Athina Michailidou and MP Christos Christofidis, member of K.E. Education. The minister referred to the support that MIEKs enjoy from the ministry, while in turn Mr. Christofidis referred to the necessity of the institution, especially for students coming from weaker economic layers.
Greetings were also addressed by Dr. Elias Markatzis, Director of Secondary Technical and Vocational Education and Training who expressed his joy for the culmination of the struggle and efforts of the graduates and their families. He also referred to the evolving nature of MIEEKS that adapts to the needs of the labor market. The graduation was also attended by other officials, relatives and friends of the graduates.
