As part of the HERIT ADAPT (Interreg Euro-Med) project, the fourth partnership meeting took place on May 28-29, 2025. The meeting was held in Cetinje, Montenegro, bringing together representatives from the partner institutions. Organized by the project partner, the Capital Cetinje, the event gathered key stakeholders committed to the preservation of cultural heritage and the development of sustainable tourism.
The first day of the meeting, hosted at the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro, opened with welcoming speeches from the hosts and representatives of the lead partner, the Region of Western Greece. The working sessions included technical discussions focused on the progress of project activities, with particular attention to pilot activities planned for completion within 2025. Additionally, a project management board meeting was held where important decisions were made concerning future actions.
The second day was dedicated to the opening of an exhibition, giving partners the opportunity to view a photo gallery and a video showcasing the progress of the pilot project to create a 3D model of the cultural site Danabljak Crnojević.
