Aristo Developers' Eagle Pine Golf Resort, in the area of the picturesque villages of Agios Ambrosios, Paramali and Sotira, with a value exceeding €500 million, has been launched by the company's own heads, as its Deputy General Manager, Lefteris Aristodemou, told us. He added that the internal road network of the development has been constructed as well as the road that connects it to the community of Paramali. Land works are currently underway for the first 9 holes of the golf course. Lefteris Aristodemou added that at the same time contacts are being made for the participation of new investors in the development, which Aristo Developers favors. Eagle Pine Golf Resort will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, commercial development, cafes, restaurants, contemporary 80-bed boutique hotel, as well as residential developments on 676 detached lots, with five large single-family developments.
