With boundless efforts to contribute to the development of the country economy he was able to withstand the difficult times after the Turkish invasion in 1974 after progressing to the packaging of medication for a Multinational Company destined for the Middle East. In the difficult conditions of the time and always with a guiding beacon, his vision which was none other than the creation of a company that belonged to its people, in 1980 he founded Remedica, a company engaged in the manufacture of generic drugs. Milestone in the company's history was 1982, when he began the first exports to the markets of the Far East. With enviable entrepreneurial ability and faith in his vision, he managed to win everyone in the world, and to export the company's products. Always having in his mind the economic development of Cyprus he turned his gaze away and beyond its borders, representing his country in the best way through the export business activity that he developed.
With his new goal to become the best employer of Cyprus, during the economic crisis in 2013, he hires 178 new employees giving solutions to many families with financial difficulties.
His business acumen remains unchanged until the last day of his life having always the eye towards Remedica.
