33,000 participating businesses from 34 countries, recognizes Simplex as one of
Europe’s most successful companies.
Michael A. Omerou, CEO of Simplex, said: “We are very proud to be selected to
represent Cyprus as a National Champion. Since our inception more than 10 years
ago, we have been introducing new and innovative services to the Cyprus market,
being the first carrier-neutral and ISO certified data centre on the island
while till today we are the only one offering 99.999% guaranteed availability. Combining our data center and cloud services
with IT integration and of course, customer service excellence allowed us to
grow from a small company to one of the leading ones in Cyprus and the only
true one-stop shop delivering turnkey solutions to our international
clientele. The European Business Awards
are the showcase for Europe’s most dynamic companies and we are proud to be
recognised at this level.”
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards said: “Congratulations to
Simplex that has been selected to represent Cyprus as a National Champion. They
are central to the success of Europe’s strong business community, and have
shown the core principles we look for of innovation, ethics and success.”
Simplex will now go through to the second stage of the competition which
includes the making of a video presentation about its unique success story
while the EBA’s independent judges will award the ‘Ruban d’Honneur’ status to
chosen companies. Once the videos are ready, they will be hosted on EBA’s
website for public voting to elect the National Public Champion.
