The Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) successfully organized on June 3 the first of a total of six training seminars in the framework of the European project CIDE NET (Creative and Innovation Driven Enterprises Network) Interreg BalkanMed, where the Chamber participates as a partner. Under the title, "The concept of innovation and creativity - The innovative business model", the seminar focused on the transfer of know-how on the basis of the introduction of innovative practices in the areas of operation, production, provision of services and business efficiency.
CIDE-NET envisages the implementation targeted actions with the main purpose of encouraging companies to invest and adopt innovative solutions to address competitiveness, business environment challenges and improve day-to-day organization and operation.The June 3 got under way with a presentation of CIDE NET by LCCI Senior Officer Nicolas Iordanou, who referred to the main objectives of the program and the importance of LCCI participation in European projects, which enable the Chamber to provide additional services to its members and, more broadly, to the public at large.
The was undertaken and co-ordinated by SMEs innovation experts, the CEO of Enoros Consulting Konstantinos Kloudas and the trainer Christos Zachariades. Attendees had the opportunity to add to their knowledge and skills in recognizing the basic characteristics of Innovation that may be needed in an enterprise, in the methodology of assessing the current situation and at the same time in the recording of the steps and the necessary research constituting an optimum implementation.
