Castle Residences, featuring 61 unique apartments by the Mediterranean sea, are now on sale.
The complex includes two, three and four bedroom apartments which will be built on artificial land over the sea.
The apartment prices range between €1.6 and €5.7 million.
The construction of the complex is expected to be completed within three years, which means that construction works at the Limassol Marina will also be finalized.
The island, where the Castle Residences complex will be located, will be accessed through a private bridge and will only be a few steps away from the beach.
The residents will have exclusive access to the sea, to public spaces and pools and will also enjoy a covered parking space, strorage space and berth adjacent to the building.
The 61 luxury residences will offer a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Limassol Marina, the sea and the coastal town of Limassol. The residences will be located only a few steps away from the spa, the marina fitness center, the luxurious boat facilities and various shops and restaurants.
The remaining apartments at the Marina have already been sold, including the apartments of the Nireas Residences complex at the seaside front, whose construction is expected to be completed in 2019.
The residences at the Limassol Marina, have attracted buyers from Russia, Cyprus, the Middle East and Asia, with an average age of 45 years.
Although the majority of the buyers are private individuals with high incomes, who are looking for a second home for themselves and their families, there are also buyers who use the property purchased as their permanent residence. Other investors have bought the property with the purpose of renting it.
