Seven cardiographs and a central monitoring screen, donated by the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI, were recently delivered to the Limassol General Hospital. The equipment was handed in by LCCI President Costas Galatariotis, and represented implementation of a decision of the Chamber Board for tangible support to the health services, in the light of the coronavirus pandemic, but also in general, since this equipment will be an important addition to the pulmonology department of the Hospital for years to come.
Receiving the equipment, the General Manager of the Hospital, Christos Nicolaou, expressed his gratitude for the gesture of the Chamber, emphasizing the importance of the donated items in the upgrade of the city's health services. Responding, Mr. Galatariotis stated that the Chamber, as a body and active member of Limassol society, simply did what it felt it had to in the direction of helping with what was an objectively difficult situation for our country.
